Gemma Harding, Head of Corporate Services here at CALLCARE, has been selected for the final shortlist for Customer Relations Manager of the Year in the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2015.
Now in their 20th year, the UK National Contact Centre Awards is the longest established award ceremony for contact centres in the UK and is respected across the industry. According to the award representatives, this year was the most competitive year to date.
