Robyn has worked with CALLCARE for nearly 4 years now, her wealth of knowledge comes from working closely and having an understanding of every department in CALLCARE. She uses this knowledge and personal skills gained from a background in Customer Service and working with charities, to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of service at all times. She also consults with clients and can advise them on something difficult like, the best systems available to them to suit their specific call requirements or simply just explaining what has happened on a call.
