CallCare’s Managing Director was a banking executive and has worked in financial services for over 20 years. Based in our Manchester office, David and his team work to improve the company’s operational and service quality.
Working with both CallCare call centre staff and clients the team continually improve our services. They are responsible for staff training and development, quality monitoring and management and operational evaluation and reviews. David’s team ensure our client expectations are consistently met and often exceeded.
CallCare’s Financial Director is a chartered accountant with over 40 years of experience in FTSE 100 companies. As the company’s founder, Rasik has built CallCare up from a single call centre business to a multi site operation.
Based at our Cambridge office, Rasik is responsible for CallCare’s continued fiscal growth and development. Rasik and his team manage the day to day finances of the company. They ensure our practices are cost efficient and cost effective, allowing us to reflect our savings in your competitive call tariffs.
Kat is CallCare’s Company Secretary and has worked for the company since its establishment, beginning her career as a PA and steadily moving up through the ranks.
Kat now heads the client management team, from the Manchester base and takes responsibility for setting up all contracts, developing scripts and rotas and managing the ongoing relationships. Her experience at every level of the organisation and her detailed knowledge on each and every client help her and her team deliver a competent and effective service to our existing clients.
Gemma is CallCare’s Corporate Business Manager and oversees both the north and south corporate sales teams, dividing her time between Manchester and London. Having worked as a client relationship manager for over 6 years, Gemma has a wealth of experience in customer acquisition and retention.
When not travelling up and down the country to meet potential clients and establish new contracts, Gemma and her team develop our existing relationships, regularly reviewing contracts and tariffs to ensure all our customers are receiving the best service possible.
