Our highly trained call handlers can also complete an array of tasks for your GP surgery. All call handlers are EMIS and SystemOne trained and are provided with Smart Cards. This extended service operates on a fixed-cost basis. Our team will build out a fixed cost for your individual requirements.

We're able to fully orchestrate end-to-end outbound campaigns for your clinic to ensure all your clinics are being filled, such as flu drives and asthma clinics. This outbound service option helps our clients meet their QOF requirements. This extended service operates on a fixed cost basis per campaign. Our team will build out a fixed cost for your individual requirements.
