As Head of Commercial Partnerships Gemma has been the Head of Commercial Sales & Client Services for CallCare since she joined in 2009.

She oversees both new business acquisition and existing corporate client care and retention across both the Public and Private sector, guiding your organisation through an improved customer service strategy.

Zaw recently joined the Group as Head of Finance, Zaw has over 15 years experience working in various finance roles and financial institutions.

Kat joined the Group over 20 years ago and has risen to be Head of Operations.
