Hodge Bank needed an outsourced customer service line and disaster recovery in case of emergencies.
Drawing from our experience within the sector and extensive work with similar clients we supplied Hodge Bank with a disaster recovery line for emergencies which was in line with their requirements. We also were able to provide a whistleblowing service for Hodge Bank’s employees.
Additionally, we were able to identify a need for an ad hoc call handling service whereby we support Hodge Bank with all overflow calls on an ad hoc basis. Hodge Bank chose CallCare due to our extensive experience and FCA licence.
