Mercury Legal initially made contact with CallCare to assist with out of hour calls. This was to be able to keep up with client expectations and avoid client losses to competitors, who provided round the clock accessibility.

The Outcome

Due to our extensive knowledge within this sector, we were able to make suggestions and create a tailored package for Mercury. Providing additional cover in other areas to improve Mercury’s call handling as a whole and enable them to focus on new work generation.
