Since 1998, CALLCARE has been committed to management excellence on behalf of our employees and our clients. This week this was recognised by Investors In People when we were awarded the Investors In People Accreditation following a rigorous review process.

IIP’s Standard offers a universal benchmark for best practice across all industries. From business planning to leadership, the Standard measures corporations’ commitments to their staff and their customers through their management effectiveness and performance measurement.

“Commitment to and passion for industry excellence”

“We are delighted to have been awarded such a prestigious accreditation,” CALLCARE Managing Director David Bate said on Monday. “This award demonstrates our commitment to (and passion for) industry excellence and I am proud that the team have been recognised in this manner.”

For CALLCARE, the award is evidence of our continued investment in our people for the sake of our employees and our clients. The importance of our people to our company extends to organisations throughout the UK and beyond, in both the public and private sectors. This is because when we invest in our people, we invest in our clients too.

Gemma Harding, Head of Corporate Services at CALLCARE, commented that, “This accreditation is not only excellent news for us, but for our clients. Our commitment to people-management excellence validates their decision to put their calls into our care. We can now promise added reassurance that they have invested their operations in a trust-worthy company committed to service excellence.”
